Conditions of Employment

Our employees work at our clients’ sites and report to Facilicom management, which is either site based or who will visit the site regularly. Our employees enjoy working conditions comparable to the biggest players in the cleaning industry. We provide the necessary training to enable them to carry out their duties safely and securely, and to develop their skills. Everything needed for the work to be performed such as protective clothing, vehicles, machinery, materials, faxes and mobile phones is provided.

It is important to Facilicom that payment of wages is done correctly and on time. The payment of the wages takes place every two weeks at a fixed day just like the sending of the pay slip.
