CSB is a Manchester based cleaning company with a turnover of approximately £1.3 million and 220 employees. Most of its client base is located in the Midlands and the North West, and comprises of council contracts, schools, industrial sites, a large store chain and various commercial properties. CSB fits very well into the existing portfolio of Facilicom Cleaning and strengthens our strategy of being a true national provider of cleaning services by enhancing our presence in the Midlands and the North. 

There are no plans for major changes and the company will keep operating from the Manchester office. The only change is the re-branding of CSB to Facilicom Cleaning Services which should become effective from the 1st of January 2010
