Axxicom Airport Caddy biedt op Amsterdam Airport Schiphol assistentie aan passagiers met begeleidingsbehoefte. Mensen die zich moeilijk of niet zelfstandig over de luchthaven kunnen verplaatsen kunnen een assistentie-aanvraag bij ons indienen. Passagiers met begeleidingsbehoefte zijn mensen die slecht ter been zijn, lichamelijk of geestelijk gehandicapt zijn en alleen reizende kinderen.
Een passagier met begeleidingsbehoefte kan vanaf aankomst op de luchthaven tot en met het uiteindelijke vertrek assistentie aanvragen. Desgewenst kan u opgehaald worden bij de treinen van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen, de taxi of lang parkeren en wij begeleiden u tot in het vliegtuig.
Met onze diensten maken wij de totale begeleiding van begeleidingsbehoefte reizigers mogelijk waarbij uw veiligheid en reiscomfort voorop staan.

Welcome at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
Axxicom Airport Caddy offers assistance to passengers with reduced mobility. This service is available to passengers who have difficulties in getting around the airport by themselves and therefore require assistance, which they can request from us. Examples of passengers with reduced mobility include:
- Elderly people who cannot (easily) walk distances
- Passengers in need of a wheelchair
- Passengers who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Passengers who are blind or visually impaired
- Passengers with a mental disability
- Unaccompanied minor passengers
These passengers can apply for assistance by handing in an assistance request. The service is available from initial point of arrival at the airport and as far as the aeroplane, if required. Whenever necessary, we provide assistance from Dutch train stations, the taxi rank or the car park and bring you safely to the aeroplane.
Our services provide full assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring that safety and comfort always come first!
