The extent to which we value CSR is evident from its position in our hierarchy. Everything connected to CSR is covered by our Vice CEO’s portfolio. QHSE managers form a separate CSR committee, while HR managers launch projects to reduce absenteeism and raise health awareness.
We also comply with all the usual certifications, standards and codes. Our divisions are certified according to the criteria of the levels 3 or 4 of the CSR Performance Ladder. The Performance Ladder for Social Enterprise helps us to make our terms and conditions of employment verifiable, an aspect that is also evident from the fact that we have signed the Code of Responsible Market Conduct. The divisions Trigion Beveiliging and Albron have achieved FIRA status, which encourages transparency. Our ISO certification (14001) proves that our care for the environment can be objectively verified.
