For more than 40 years, the Facilicom Services Group has been a specialist in facility services, taking care of all of our customers' facilities requirements, ensuring quality, efficiency and flexibility.

In the United Kingdom our core focus is on providing cleaning and security solutions. Through acquisition Facilicom has been operating in the UK market for 20 years now. Its UK annual turnover is currently £16m and cleaning services are delivered to a wide range of clients from different sectors. These include Financial, Retail, Education, Industrial and Food Hygiene. We provide Daily Office Cleaning, Industrial Cleaning, Washroom Hygiene, Periodic Work, Deep Cleaning, Porterage and Gardening.

In 2006 we acquired Complete Property Security (CPS) a specialist Security provider covering London and the South East delivering man guarding, key holding, monitoring, technical installations and the maintenance of security and access equipment. Whilst sitting under the Facilicom umbrella, the division continues to operate under the respected CPS brand.
