Our employees work at our clients’ sites and report to Facilicom and CPS management, which is either site based or from visiting Managers. Our employees enjoy working conditions comparable or even above that of the bigger players in the industry. We offer staff the necessary training to enable them to carry out their duties safely and securely, and to develop their skills. Everything needed for the work to be performed such as protective clothing, vehicles, machinery, materials and training provided.

It is important to Facilicom that payment of wages is done correctly and on time. The payment of the wages takes place every week or fortnightly on a fixed day as does the distribution of pay slips.

In addition to the above Facilicom has put in place the following initiatives:

• Hampers and chocolates at Christmas time;
• Employee and site of the year awards.
