Not only when awarding contracts for facility services, but also when creating safety in the public domain and, for example, when constructing and running government buildings. There is a high risk of failure, so parties need to be reliable, offer continuity and must wish to serve public interests.

For many years, Facilicom has provided ‘services to the government and government bodies in numerous different areas. These vary from cleaning, security or catering activities alone to the construction, total maintenance, provision of all facility services and the operation of premises in the form of public-private partnerships. Facilicom is actually the only company in the Netherlands which can enter into such a public-private partnership as a single party. However, we also partner with the government in a very different way. As an extension of our work with the government and government bodies, we also supply prison wardens, supervisors and traffic wardens.
